Job Description:

You will be responsible for collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements, developing and executing effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent, and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and Attracting Top Talent: Utilize a variety of channels, including social media, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals, to source high-quality candidates.
  • Candidate Management: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet both the technical and cultural fit for the company.
  • Hiring Process Management: Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in Dubai or the UAE market.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
