We are looking for a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Lead to join our Global Talent team in Dubai.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive recruitment plans aligned with business objectives, collaborating with hiring managers to identify recruitment requirements, and developing targeted job descriptions.

You will also be responsible for sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, and evaluating candidates based on specified criteria.

Main Duties
  1. Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans aligned with business objectives.
