Talent Acquisition & Development Manager

A Multi-national supplier to the Oil & Gas industry is currently looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join their team in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate in the recruitment and selection of the most qualified human resources.
  2. Identify and support recruitment activities in the Middle East and Africa to provide an adequate and continuous flow of qualified personnel.
  3. Detect available internal resources.
  4. Define and implement Onboarding plans.
  5. Support in the preparation of reports and database updates, including Key Performance Indicators (KPI) analysis.
  6. Implement policies, procedures, and processes within the region respecting company needs.
  7. Provide assistance to the Internship and Global Trainee Programs.
  8. Suggest and evaluate service suppliers.

Qualifications:

  1. Dynamic and flexible professional with strong analytical skills and a very organized work style.
  2. Drive for results and autonomy are key competencies.
  3. Customer-oriented, with solid communication skills and high levels of empathy.
  4. Willing to develop a strong regional network to obtain relevant results.
  5. Proven interviewing skills for the selection process and relevant experience in related tasks.
  6. Open to work in a multicultural environment.
  7. Knowledge of selection interviews and experience in selection functions.
  8. Capable of informing progress and results through reports and database follow-up.
  9. HR experience in the markets of Africa and the Middle East is highly preferred.
  10. Experience in other areas of HR is also welcome, as the development plan for the person would include possibilities of rotating through different areas of HR in the long term.
  11. Must have a bachelor's degree.

Compensation: 25, ,000 AED/month + benefits
