Job Title: Talent Acquisition & Workplace Experience Manager

Reporting To: Group Director of Human Resources

Department: Human Resources

Purpose of Position: The Talent Acquisition and Workplace Experience Manager is responsible for attracting top talent and ensuring that employees have an exceptional workplace experience. This role plays a key part in aligning the recruitment strategy with the company's goals while fostering a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment. The position focuses on driving talent acquisition excellence and improving employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. By balancing recruitment efforts with workplace initiatives, the Talent Acquisition and Workplace Experience Manager helps create an environment where both individuals and the organization thrive.

Direct Reports: Talent Acquisition Team

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • MBA, Masters in HR/ Psychology | HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or PHR are a plus.
  • 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition & employee relations.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing workplace experience programs.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, talent sourcing techniques, and UAE & KSA employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • A passion for employee engagement and improving the overall workplace culture.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Arabic speaking is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies and manage recruitment processes for all levels of positions, ensuring an efficient and seamless candidate experience.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse talent pool, including passive candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their recruitment needs and advising them on the best talent strategies.
  • Oversee candidate screening, interviews, and selection processes, ensuring adherence to best practices and company values.
  • Collaborate with C&B and leadership teams to forecast staffing needs and create a proactive hiring pipeline & talent pools.
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs, analyze trends, and adjust strategies as needed to improve hiring efficiency.
  • Manage employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice.
  • Build partnerships with NGOs, community organizations, and government initiatives to recruit minorities, people of determination, and individuals from underprivileged backgrounds, promoting diversity and inclusion.
  • Explore new markets to source diverse candidates and ensure compliance with region-specific quotas (e.g., UAE, KSA).
  • Ensure compliance with legal and company hiring standards.

Workplace Experience:

  • Develop and implement programs and initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that supports the company's values, mission, and vision.
  • Collaborate with teams to organize events, workshops, and activities that support employee growth, development, and work-life balance.
  • Work closely with internal teams to enhance the office/workplace environment, ensuring it is conducive to collaboration, innovation, and employee wellness.
  • Provide guidance to employees regarding workplace policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Collect and analyze employee feedback to continuously improve workplace experience initiatives.
  • Lead the employee retention program by engaging with employees, and implementing actionable strategies to enhance retention, foster open communication, and reduce turnover.
  • Collaborate with GDHR and management to develop recognition programs and reward systems for outstanding employee performance, and improve overall workplace satisfaction.
  • Develop action plans based on employee surveys feedback to enhance employee experience.
  • Train managers and supervisors on best practices for employee engagement and retention.
