Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Capital Associate to join our team at MAJID AL FUTTAIM. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Human Capital department, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including preparing correspondence, forms, and reports.
  • Employee Support: Assist employees with queries and issues related to the Human Capital department, such as visa, medical tests, insurance, business cards, company phones, company housing, relocation, and intercompany transfers.
  • Process Improvement: Participate in the implementation of action plans to increase productivity, performance, and effectiveness of operations.
  • Employee Performance: Support the Human Capital function in the employee performance appraisal process.
  • Communication: Gather business unit news, events, and other occasions for organizing, editing, proofreading, and coordination of articles for quarterly release of the corporate newsletter.
  • Recruitment Support: Support the Human Capital department with recruitment activities when required.
  • Incident Reporting: Report any incidents that might interfere with the operations of the company.
  • Policies and Procedures: Apply and follow MAJID AL FUTTAIM's Human Capital and corporate policies, relevant procedures, and instructions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Human Capital.
  • Experience: 2+ years' experience with Human Capital.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills verbally and in writing.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with strong multitasking skills.
