Accounts Receivable Clerk

Job Summary:
LHH Company is seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Clerk. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry and Processing: Accurately enter and process customer payments, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers.
- Account Management: Maintain customer accounts, including updating contact information, tax status, and sales data.
- Financial Analysis: Run credit reports and collect valid tax exemption certificates to ensure accurate financial records.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks, including mail distribution and data entry.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in accounting or data entry
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
