Sales and Business Growth Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Growth Expert to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a key member of our sales and marketing department, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our medical devices to new and existing customers.
As a Sales and Business Growth Expert, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies that drive business growth and revenue increase. You will also be responsible for conducting in-service training, following up on collections, and maintaining good relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing and executing sales plans to meet business objectives and increase revenue.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with existing and new customers.
- Providing sales support to the sales team, including coaching and training junior staff.
- Building strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and providing them with detailed information about our products and services.
- Conducting in-service training, following up on collections, and maintaining good relationships with customers.
- Bachelor's degree required in pharmaceutical science or any scientific-related degree.
- 3-5 years' experience in pharmaceutical or medical devices sales and marketing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
