Sales and Business Development Expert

About the Job
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team at Skills Hub Recruitment Solutions in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and business management, with 3-5 years of experience in industries such as healthcare, manpower recruitment, and digital marketing.
The role involves initiating and engaging sales calls with new prospects, working closely with senior management to design and execute strategies for new business growth, and identifying and attending trade shows and other business functions to keep abreast of market developments.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and facilitate cross-functional resources to support sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects through detailed market research
- Work closely with Senior Management to design and execute pre-agreed strategies built around developing new business growth
- Identify and attend trade shows and other business functions to keep abreast of developments in the marketplace, find potential new businesses, and market the company's end-to-end solutions
- Networking, presenting, and public speaking
Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or in any discipline with 3-5 years of sales/business development experience (healthcare, manpower recruitment, digital marketing)
- Strong Proposal writing skills with Experience in preparing Bids, RFT/RFPs
- UAE market knowledge
- Strong client relationship management and development aptitude
- Possess professional presentation skills
- Must possess progressive sales management experience and a demonstrated record of sales growth
- Ability to facilitate and orchestrate resources cross-functionally to support sales efforts
- Bring an entrepreneurial approach to all initiatives
- Market research experience
- Proven ability to work independently
- Experience in managing a team
- Immediately available and can be relocated to Abu Dhabi
