Key Responsibilities
- Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate with colleagues within the department to share knowledge and best practices, ensuring a high level of technical expertise.
- Project Management: Complete projects allocated by the Resort IT Manager / Director of IT, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- IT Operations: Oversee the day-to-day IT operations, including systems administration, maintenance, upgrades, database administration, anti-virus, and networking.
- System Continuity: Ensure the continuity of our systems, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
- Emergency Support: Escalate and collaborate with Level 2 Support for any IT emergency or support request, resolving problems efficiently and effectively.
- First-Level Support: Provide first-level IT support to colleagues and guests, responding to queries in a friendly and efficient manner.
- ITIL Process: Work within the ITIL process framework, ensuring all activities are accurately logged and documented.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of our networks, servers, workstations, Micros, and peripherals, informing the Functional IT Manager of any abnormalities.
- Knowledge Management: Maintain updated IT knowledge to enable continuous improvement to the services offered to users.
