Key Accountabilities:

  • Overtime Verification: Verify overtime payments, guaranteeing compliance with company policies and labor laws.

  • Audit Support: Maintain HR records, conduct audits, and guarantee accurate payroll processing.

  • Attendance Management: Monitor employee attendance, update records, and ensure accurate payroll calculations.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of HR experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in overtime processing and attendance calculation.
  • Familiarity with Oracle HRMS is advantageous.
  • Expertise in labor laws and HR best practices.
  • High proficiency in HR systems and payroll processing.
