Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Develop and implement efficient onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions for employees.
  • Payroll Administration and Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.
  • HR Documentation and Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation and manage employee data with precision.
  • HR Systems and Reporting: Utilize HR systems to provide valuable insights and analytics for executive decision-making.
  • Executive Support and Communication: Provide exceptional support to executives and facilitate effective communication within the HR team.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in HR administration, with expertise in onboarding, offboarding, and payroll coordination.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and HR documentation is essential.
  • ERP Systems: Hands-on experience with Navision, Workday, or similar HR software is required.
