Service Delivery
- Receives directives and requests from the operations manager, organizing resources promptly to ensure efficient and effective task execution.
- Modifies work plans as necessary to align with customer expectations.
- Oversees and monitors the administration of assessments by proctors and supervisors, ensuring accuracy in test instructions and the maintenance of suitable testing environments.
- Utilizes standardized systems and processes to effectively plan and coordinate timely and cost-efficient logistical support, delivering high-quality services to a diverse range of customers.
- Stays updated on advancements in technology related to standardized test administration, including computer-based testing and machine scoring.
- Manages all operations at testing venues for various examination products, including staff management, procedural oversight, and troubleshooting.
- Identifies and procures new venues based on operational capacity needs.
Customer Relations and Stakeholder Engagement
- Takes full accountability for researching and resolving complex or escalated operational complaints from customers, coordinating with colleagues and departments as needed.
- Provides guidance and information to students and prospective candidates regarding testing policies, procedures, and outcomes.
- Fosters and maintains strong working relationships within the organization to facilitate effective service delivery.
- Builds robust relationships with venues owned and managed by the organization, providing feedback for improvements based on audit standards.
Risk Management and Compliance
- Implements standardized processes to monitor compliance with corporate risk management procedures relevant to service delivery, safeguarding the interests of the organization and its customers.
- Supervises venue staff, including recommendations for hiring, performance evaluations, training, and problem resolution.
- Ensures all test administration adheres to relevant policies, regulations, guidelines, and standards.
- Conducts health and safety inspections of examination venues to comply with corporate and awarding body guidelines.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience of at least 2 years in a similar setting.
- Experience in an examination environment.
- Proven experience in managing operations within an examination context.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Familiarity with quality and compliance policies.
- Experience in administering school examinations.
