Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide quality service in the fitting rooms, follow up with customers promptly, maintain cash wrap cleanliness, and attempt to add on to the sale.
  • Ensure shelves and displays are fully stocked with the right products, help with restocking inventory, receiving new shipments, and organizing products for easy access.
  • Maintain visually appealing product displays and store layouts to attract customers, following guidelines for product placement, signage, and seasonal promotions.
  • Stay informed about the products and services offered in the store, providing detailed information to customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Good verbal communication skills, ability to greet customers warmly and offer assistance with their shopping needs.
  • Strong customer service skills, including handling customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and helpful manner.
  • Ability to work alongside other sales assistants, supervisors, and store managers to meet sales goals, participating in team meetings, training sessions, and store events.
