Job Description

OCTA Properties L.L.C. is a dynamic organization providing innovative solutions for the property development and investment sectors.

We are seeking a skilled Sales Administrator to support our Sales Operations team in data entry and documentation into our CRM software (Salesforce).

  • Diligently carry out documentation processes, ensuring all necessary forms, agreements, and buyer details adhere to required guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with operations processes and maintain adherence to turn-around time requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess prior work experience in a Sales Admin / Sales Operations / Real Estate Admin role, understanding and knowledge of Excel & Data Entry processes, analytical and communication skills, and ability to be resourceful and proactive with a zest for collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support sales teams to address units that have not made the required down payment or have incomplete documentation.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to issue termination notices when necessary.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Prior work experience in a Sales Admin / Sales Operations / Real Estate Admin role.
  • Understanding and knowledge of Excel & Data Entry processes.
  • Analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive with a zest for collaboration.
