Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concierge Supervisor to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. This is a full-time position that requires a strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless operations in our luxury resort.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services, such as transportation, reservations, and dry cleaning, by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers.
  • Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Supply guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, and hours of operation, as well as local areas of interest and activities.
  • Contact appropriate individuals or departments as necessary to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems.
  • Review shift logs and document pertinent information in logbooks.
  • Ensure that any outstanding requests from the previous day receive priority and are resolved.
  • Monitor the club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • No license or certification required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Supervisory experience in a hospitality or customer service environment.
  • Experience working in a luxury resort or high-end hotel.
  • Knowledge of local area attractions and services.
