Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Humanities, or a related field.
  • CIPD or equivalent HR certification is highly desirable.
  • Relevant experience in international expatriate recruitment.
  • Proficient in using recruitment CRM software.
  • Familiarity with business terminology in investment management.
  • Understanding of key industry players and their assets under management (AUM), as well as organizational structures relevant to recruitment.
  • Well-versed in various sourcing channels.
  • Strong grasp of the legal framework concerning UAE labor laws, employment contracts, and recruitment agreements.
