Business Development Officer - Mortgages

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Officer to join our team at Emirates. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through the sale of mortgage products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and negotiate sales agreements.
  2. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our mortgage products and services, including features, benefits, and competitive offerings.
  3. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that clients receive timely and effective support throughout the sales process.
  4. Compliance and Risk Management: Maintain a high level of compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, minimizing risk and ensuring a positive reputation for Emirates.
  5. Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed sales targets, track key performance indicators, and provide regular progress updates to management.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Graduate or equivalent degree in a relevant field.
  2. Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in banking, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  3. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
