About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Centro CDX. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools and other technology systems.
