  • **Student Enrollment Targets**: Ensure that student admission targets are achieved on an annual basis.
  • **Daily, Weekly, Monthly Targets**: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets to drive student enrollment growth.
  • **Customer Service**: Deliver outstanding customer service, maintaining strong communication with parents and building relationships.
  • **Lead Follow-up**: Follow up on leads, respond to enquiries by phone and mail.
  • **Student Information Database**: Update, maintain, and manage the student information database.
  • **Registration Process**: Ensure that registration of a student takes place with complete documentation.
  • **Academic Staff Coordination**: Coordinate with academic staff and make arrangements for entrance assessments.
  • **Parent Communication**: Communicate with parents on the up-to-date status of their wards' registration.
  • **KHDA Registration**: Liaise with KHDA coordinator to ensure all new students are registered.
  • **Parent School Contracts**: Ensure all Parent School Contracts are signed.
  • **Student Capacity Plan**: Prepare a student capacity plan and ensure that the student count in each classroom is in line with KHDA regulations.
  • **Student Promotion**: Promote students after each academic year.
  • **Transfer Certificates**: Process transfer certificates and coordinate with departments to complete the exit process.
  • **Parental Grievances**: Handle parental grievances as a first point of contact and assign the concern to the appropriate department.

**Requirements**

  • **Degree**: A degree is required.
  • **UAE School Experience**: Experience in UAE schools is required.
  • **British Curriculum Knowledge**: Demonstrable knowledge of British curriculum schools and student enrollment procedures.
  • **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills in English.
  • **Immediate Start**: Preferred candidates who can join immediately.
