**Key Responsibilities**:
**Student Recruitment**:
- Actively participate in recruitment activities, including attending education fairs, visiting schools, and conducting information sessions.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, parents, and educational institutions.
- **Ability to achieve sales targets, conduct cold calls, and follow up on leads to ensure successful admissions.**
**Counselling and Guidance**:
- Provide one-on-one counselling to prospective students regarding program selection, admission requirements, and career pathways.
**Application Processing**:
**Information Dissemination**:
- Stay updated with the university’s academic programs, policies, and procedures.
**Follow-up and Tracking**:
- Maintain a database of prospective students and track their progress through the admissions process.
- Follow up with applicants to ensure all required documents are submitted and deadlines are met.
**Collaboration**:
- Work closely with other departments such as marketing, academic departments, and student services to ensure a seamless admissions process.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of recruitment strategies.
**Visa and Immigration Support**:
- Provide basic information and guidance on visa and immigration processes relevant to the university’s international students.
- Liaise with relevant authorities to stay updated on visa regulations and requirements.
**Reporting**:
- Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment and admissions activities to the Admissions Manager.
- Analyze trends and provide insights for improving the admissions process.
**Qualifications**:
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Marketing, or a related field.
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in admissions, student counseling, or a related role is preferred.
**Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- **Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems**.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the higher education landscape and admissions processes.
- **Proven ability to achieve sales targets, make cold calls, and follow up on leads.**
