Customer Solutions Specialist

About The Role
As a Customer Engineer at Voli_Agency LTD, you will play a crucial part in integrating our API seamlessly with our customers' systems. This role requires close collaboration with engineers, product managers, and leadership stakeholders to ensure a smooth integration process. You will not only guide customers through the integration process but also act as their technical advocate throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement technical solutions using our API based on customer needs and requirements.
- Advise customers on product architecture and best practices for API usage, ensuring they get the most out of our technology.
- Provide ongoing technical support, including debugging and issue resolution, to ensure customers' systems are running smoothly.
- Proactively identify and implement fixes and improvements in our Enode codebase to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Champion new products and features based on customer feedback, driving innovation and growth within the company.
- Drive internal projects to enhance the customer experience, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver results./>
About You
- 2+ years of relevant experience in customer engineering or user-oriented software engineering, with a strong understanding of technical client relationships and codebases.
- Experience in managing complex software projects with internal and external stakeholders, with a proven track record of delivering results.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Agile and adaptable, thriving in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Nice to have: Experience in a technical role at a third-party API company, with a deep understanding of the API ecosystem./>
