About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to join our team at Al-Futtaim Health. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will play a critical role in establishing and maintaining efficient and effective processes for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with the Group Head of Talent Acquisition to develop and implement consistent and standard processes across the organization for sourcing channels, ensuring alignment with HR and business strategy.
  • Careers Website Management: Regularly review and update the Al-Futtaim career website content to ensure it reflects the company's HR and business strategy.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Review and analyze the careers website analytics, providing recommendations for changes to increase the likelihood of quality hires as required by the business.
  • Data Integration: Review and integrate data between Talent Acquisition and other Talent processes, leveraging this information to continually improve hiring practices.
  • TA MI Pack Development: Collaborate with the Systems Administrator to review and revise the TA MI Pack.
  • Assessment Process Improvement: Review the current assessment process, research new assessment tools, and make recommendations for a new assessment process to increase the quality of hires.
  • Vendor Management: Support in evaluating executive search agencies for the preferred supplier list and TA tools.
  • Social Media Management: Develop a TA LinkedIn social media approach in line with the AF LinkedIn social media strategy, manage the use of Impressions on LinkedIn to attract the right talent, and develop a dashboard of metrics to evaluate sourcing channels and strategies.
  • Reporting and Communication: Provide high-level updates to the Group Head of Talent and Talent Acquisition on the impact of social community management/social attraction strategies on the acquisition of talent within AF.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain a strong relationship with the GMASCO Social Media Lead and liaise with HR/Talent social media stakeholders to assist in the development of Talent Brand and Thought Leadership content.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve through understanding of measurement tools, scorecards, and recruitment analytics, review quarterly results, and provide recommendations for improving the quality of service in line with feedback.
  • Team Development: Create a development plan and resources for the TA Team to ensure team capability meets performance requirements, formulate and conduct health checks on the Talent Acquisition team, and support the Group Head of Talent Acquisition with regular process reviews.
  • Policies and SOPs: Ensure Policies, SOP, and SLAs are reviewed with stakeholders and measured on a quarterly basis, communicate the positive impact of process reviews to business stakeholders, and manage best practice material on CLC and ensure the TA Team is aligned with best practice.
Requirements
  • Advanced Excel Skills: Possess advanced Excel skills.

  • Ability to Work Under Pressure: Be able to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

What Equips You for the Role
  • Bachelor's Degree: Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
  • Experience in TA Operations: Have 6 years of experience in TA Operations.
  • Experience in Managing External Vendors: Have experience in managing external vendors.
  • Recruitment Metrics and Reporting: Have experience in recruitment metrics and reporting.
  • Knowledge of Recruiting Market Trends: Possess knowledge of recruiting market trends and best practices.
  • Stakeholders Management: Demonstrate stakeholders management and high-level collaboration skills.
