Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in hiring for Oil and Gas Engineering roles
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting, including interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Proficiency in using social media, CV databases, and professional networks to source candidates
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
