The Business Growth and Development Expert will play a critical role in driving business growth and development through effective product and marketing strategies. You will develop and execute comprehensive product strategies, including market positioning, target audience, and competitive advantage.

Your expertise in budget management will help guide and motivate Sales Account Managers and Partners to ensure that overall sales budgets are met in alignment with internal guidelines and targets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned with the product vision, goals, and deadlines.

You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on budget performance to ensure alignment with business objectives. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively will be essential in driving successful product launches and sustained growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies, including market positioning, target audience, and competitive advantage.
  • Guide and motivate Sales Account Managers and Partners to ensure that overall sales budgets are met.
  • Monitor and report on budget performance to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development and effective communication of product strategies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, engineering, management, or equivalent required.Master's degree in executive MBA, engineering, management, or equivalent preferred.Experience in multi-functional printers is mandatory.
