Desarrollo de Negocios:

  • Identificar y perseguir nuevas oportunidades comerciales en el mercado de catering.
  • Desarrollar e implementar planes de ventas estratégicos para alcanzar los objetivos y metas de la empresa.
  • Realizar investigaciones de mercado para identificar tendencias, necesidades del cliente y el panorama competitivo.

Gestión de Relaciones con Clientes:

  • Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con clientes nuevos y existentes.
  • Realizar reuniones periódicas con los clientes para comprender sus necesidades y proporcionar soluciones personalizadas.
  • Asegurar altos niveles de satisfacción del cliente a través de una entrega de servicio excepcional.

Crecimiento de Ventas e Ingresos:

  • Impulsar el crecimiento de ingresos asegurando nuevos contratos y expandiendo cuentas existentes.
  • Preparar y presentar propuestas y presentaciones de ventas convincentes.
  • Negociar contratos y acuerdos con los clientes para maximizar la rentabilidad.

Colaboración y Coordinación:

  • Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de operaciones de catering para garantizar una entrega de servicio sin problemas.
  • Colaborar con el equipo de marketing para desarrollar materiales promocionales y campañas.
  • Proporcionar pronósticos de ventas y reportes de rendimiento regulares al equipo de alta dirección.

Tareas Administrativas:

  • Mantener registros precisos de las actividades de ventas y las interacciones con los clientes en el sistema CRM.
  • Monitorear tendencias de la industria y actividades de competidores para mantenerse a la vanguardia en el mercado.
  • Asistir a eventos de la industria, ferias comerciales y oportunidades de networking para promover los servicios de catering.



Requisitos
  • Título universitario en Administración de Empresas, Marketing, Hospitalidad o un campo relacionado.
  • Experiencia comprobada en desarrollo de negocios o ventas en el sector de catering es un requisito indispensable. Solo se aceptarán candidatos con experiencia relevante.
  • Fuertes habilidades de negociación, presentación y comunicación.
  • Capacidad para construir y mantener relaciones con clientes y partes interesadas.
  • Autónomo y con un enfoque orientado a resultados.
  • Dominio de Microsoft Office y software CRM.
