We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Marketing and Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Studio Belmont.

As a Marketing and Administrative Coordinator, you will play a dual role in our organization. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. Additionally, you will assist with various marketing activities to promote our services and enhance our online and offline presence.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Administrative Duties:**

  • Provide exceptional customer service and greet clients as they arrive at the clinic.
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the organization's calendar.
  • Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide accurate information about our services.

**Marketing Duties:**

  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Manage and update the organization's website and online presence.
  • Create and distribute promotional materials, such as brochures and newsletters.
  • Coordinate events and workshops to promote the organization's services.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

**Requirements:**

  • Fluent in English and Arabic speaker is a MUST.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role.
  • Proven experience in marketing or a related role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with grace.
