Job Description

As a Marketing Operations Coordinator at MAJID AL FUTTAIM, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Marketing Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of marketing activities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Marketing Manager, ensuring accurate filing systems, record-keeping, and tracking of marketing materials and correspondence.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and issue weekly and monthly reports on footfall and sales analysis, budget, and forecast, as well as other reports as requested by management.
  • Marketing Materials Management: Coordinate the preparation of marketing materials, including Letters of Procurement (LPOs), Press Releases (PRs), and liaise with the Finance function and Marketing Administrators to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up.
  • Expenditure Management: Maintain accurate records of all marketing expenditures.
  • Supplier Management: Coordinate with the Marketing Team regarding third-party suppliers and Retailers on day-to-day marketing activities, including administration of all correspondences, ensuring they meet the company's quality and professional standards.
  • Inventory Management: Organize storage areas for the Marketing Department and maintain track of all inventories.
  • Agency Management: Follow up with agencies (ad agencies, social media agencies, PR agencies, etc.) on key deliverables, end-of-month reports, and financial settlements.
  • Data Provision: Provide all necessary data and reports on a periodic basis to the Manager Marketing for review, resolution of issues, and prompt decision-making.
  • Event Support: Support with supplier briefing for events, activations, and ongoing requests.
  • Campaign Support: Support in the preparation of campaigns pre- and post-events in a timely manner with the assistance of asset leads and associate managers.
  • Event Execution: Support with the execution of marketing events, activations, and government activities in malls.
