Position Overview

The role of the Administrative Coordinator at Madison Pearl involves a variety of essential administrative tasks that support the operational efficiency of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing comprehensive administrative assistance across various functions.
  • Maintaining and updating tracking systems and spreadsheets, overseeing internal portals, managing schedules, and creating impactful PowerPoint presentations.
  • Overseeing the management of the company website, and preparing onboarding materials, brochures, proposals, and presentations.
  • Conducting market research as directed by the respective Director or Manager.
  • Supporting the Manager/Director in the recruitment process, including sourcing, shortlisting, screening, and briefing suitable candidates.
  • Engaging in research related to the legal sector in the Middle East and globally, and contributing articles for the company’s website and LinkedIn profile.
  • Identifying and screening legal professionals seeking new opportunities both within the region and internationally.
  • Facilitating discussions regarding salary negotiations between candidates and clients.
