This is not your typical business development position. You'll dive into the trenches daily - making calls to your contacts, visiting accounts, solving problems, and finding creative ways to grow our brand. Your established relationships with supermarket buyers, food service managers, and local food businesses will be key to our success.

  • Utilize your existing relationships to open new accounts and expand our presence in existing supermarket chains
  • Develop new partnerships with restaurants and cafes using your industry connections
  • Handle everything from strategy to execution - develop the plan AND make it happen
  • Optimize our presence on third-party delivery platforms
  • Create and implement scrappy marketing initiatives with limited resources
  • Work directly with ownership to turn ambitious goals into reality

You Are Our Ideal Candidate:

  • An ambitious professional with 3-5 years food industry sales experience
  • Someone with proven relationships with supermarket buyers, restaurant/cafe owners, or food service managers
  • Results-oriented with a strong work ethic and willingness to do whatever it takes
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and excited by the prospect of wearing multiple hats
  • Naturally proactive with a bias toward action
  • Hungry to work above your pay grade and take on responsibilities beyond your experience level
  • Passionate about the specialty food space
