Requirements

- A minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR capacity.
- Experience in the wellness, fitness, or hospitality sectors is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Capacity to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
