Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR capacity.
  • Experience in the wellness, fitness, or hospitality sectors is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities.
  • Capacity to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strategic thinker with robust problem-solving skills.
  • Empathetic and approachable, with a genuine interest in employee well-being.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
