The Role

You'll work closely with Enterprise Support customers to understand their cloud requirements. You'll design and implement strategies to optimize AWS services, including EC2, S3, DynamoDB & RDS databases, Lambda, CloudFront CDN, IoT, and more.

You'll build strong relationships with customers, providing expert advice on cloud architecture, support, and project planning. Your technical expertise and customer-focused approach will enable you to address complex technical challenges and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • You'll advise on solutions and provide technical guidance to customers.
  • You'll maintain the operational health of AWS environments while reducing costs and complexity.
  • You'll develop trusting relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and technical challenges.
  • You'll consult with partners from developers to C-suite executives.
  • You'll collaborate with AWS Solutions Architects, Business Developers, Professional Services Consultants, and Sales Account Managers.
  • You'll identify opportunities for customers to gain additional value from AWS.
  • You'll provide detailed reviews of service events, monthly & quarterly metrics, and pre-launch planning.
  • You'll resolve complex problems across multiple customers as they migrate workloads to the cloud.

About the Team

As we expand in EMEA, you'll have opportunities to develop your technical, consulting, and leadership skills. You'll work with talented cloud technologists, expanding your knowledge of AWS products, and receive mentorship and certifications.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in a similar role as a Technical Account Manager, Consultant, Solutions Architect, Platform Engineer, Systems Engineer, Cloud Architect, etc.
  • Understanding of operational parameters and troubleshooting for compute, storage, networking, CDN, databases, DevOps, Big Data, Analytics, Security, and Applications Development.
  • Internal enterprise or external customer-facing experience with the ability to clearly articulate to small and large audiences.
  • Ability to juggle tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • CUSTOMER OBSESSED.
