Key Responsibilities:

  • Cluster Management: Oversee the daily operations of our Dark Store cluster, ensuring that all stores are running efficiently and effectively.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team of Store Leads, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure that all stores are adhering to our standard operating procedures (SOPs) and that we are continuously improving our processes and systems.
  • Manpower Allocation: Work closely with our scheduling team to ensure that we have the right people in the right place at the right time.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve issues quickly, ensuring that our stores are running smoothly and that our customers are satisfied.
  • Performance Management: Analyze store performance data and provide insights and recommendations to improve operations and drive business growth.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our stakeholders, including store teams, district managers, and other key partners.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and other business tools. Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • Ops Metrics: Understanding of operational metrics and stakeholder management.
