Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes. Your primary duties will include:

  • Accounts Payable: Manage data entry, prepare payment runs, address supplier inquiries, and oversee collections.
  • Accounts Receivable: Draft invoices, perform data entry, and handle cash receipting.
  • Credit Card Reconciliations: Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Expense Claims Processing: Review and process employee expense claims.
  • Cashbook Management: Maintain accurate cash records.

Additional Finance Tasks: Undertake other finance-related duties as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles within a fast-paced environment. You should be well-versed in providing high-quality administrative support and possess:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • A keen attention to detail and a strong technical understanding of financial processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A proactive approach to work, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

A formal accounting qualification and significant experience in accounts payable and receivable functions are preferred.
