Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at 21c Museum Hotels. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including checking guests in and out, handling room assignments, and processing payments.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about the hotel's services and amenities, as well as local attractions and events.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with hotel policies and procedures, as well as industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
