Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Agent to join our team at Kempinski Hotels. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Process guest arrivals and departures in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and accurate.
  2. Room Assignments: Assign rooms to guests, taking into account their preferences and special requests.
  3. Cash Handling: Handle all front office cashiers' transactions, including posting charges to guests and exchanging foreign currency.
  4. Guest Communication: Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner, providing information and resolving issues as needed.
  5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the housekeeping department to coordinate room status updates and ensure seamless communication.
  6. Product Knowledge: Maintain a working knowledge of hotel products and services, as well as daily and meeting activities.
  7. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and exceeding their expectations.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  2. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  3. Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in English.
