Coordina las actividades operativas de las tiendas. Supervisa el flujo de productos y asegura que la tienda esté bien abastecida. Apoya proyectos de la tienda (cambios en horarios de apertura y cierre, renovaciones o reubicaciones, etc.)

  • Apoyo general a la Dirección de la Tienda
  • Actualización del panel de control de la tienda (iniciativas de CRM, capacitaciones, diversas comunicaciones, etc.)
  • Actualización de la agenda de prioridades de la tienda (en colaboración con el Director de la Tienda y el Gerente Asociado)
  • Gestión de pedidos de uniformes
  • Tareas administrativas
  • Asegurarse de llevar un registro preciso de los datos de ausencias del equipo
  • Asistencia con (aniversarios laborales, recordatorios de cumpleaños, etc.)
  • Pedido de empaques para la tienda
  • Asistencia en la organización del almacén (RTW y Bolsos)
  • Escaneo de documentación para operaciones bancarias
  • Conteos físicos en departamentos específicos semanalmente
  • Escaneo de hojas de tiempo de entrada/salida
