Bid Manager Role

At Via Medica International Healthcare, we are seeking an experienced Bid Manager to lead our proposal development efforts. This critical role will play a key part in our sales growth strategy, focusing on capturing new business opportunities and managing bid timelines to meet and exceed our targets.

  • Developing Capture Strategies: Our ideal candidate will develop comprehensive capture strategies, identifying key growth opportunities and refining our approach to meet client needs.
  • Proposal Development and Management: The successful candidate will lead our proposal development process, ensuring timely and effective delivery of high-quality proposals that meet client requirements.
  • Team Collaboration and Communication: As a key point of contact, our Bid Manager will work closely with the proposal team, communicating customer key requirements, sensitivities, and potential risks.
  • Resource Allocation and Management: The candidate will identify and allocate the necessary resources to pursue business opportunities, oversee bid strategies, pricing, teaming, and proposal strategies, and manage the transition from business opportunity to proposal development to award.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Substitution and Guidance: The Bid Manager will substitute for other team members during temporary absences and provide guidance, training, and assistance to other department personnel.
  • Confidentiality and Compliance: The role requires maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance with UAE labour laws and regulations.
  • Quality Audits and Continuous Improvement: The candidate will participate in regular quality audits and ensure compliance with evidence and documents.
