As a Fleet Manager at Al Ghurair Investment LLC, you will play a key role in managing, optimizing, and enhancing our fleet operations, ensuring seamless execution and optimal performance.

Fleet Operations Objectives
  • Implement best-in-class industry practices for fleet performance, efficiency, and compliance, aligning with business objectives and driving profitability.
  • Monitor SLA & KPI adherence with workshops and stakeholders, providing insights and analytical reports on fleet performance and operational trends.
Key Performance Indicators
  • Ensure Work in Progress (WIP) remains below 1.5% of the total fleet, maintaining quality standards and minimizing downtime.
  • Keep quality rejections under 1% of total vehicle throughput, adhering to regulatory and operational policies.
  • Develop and implement strategies for cost control, vehicle utilization, and downtime reduction, leveraging supplier negotiations and process reengineering.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of fleet supervisors and technicians, ensuring performance targets are met.
  • Managing external vendors, workshops, dealerships, and insurance partners, handling driver-related escalations and ensuring seamless communication across departments.
  • Contributing to annual budget planning and expense tracking for fleet operations, identifying cost-saving opportunities through supplier negotiations, process reengineering, and contract management.
