Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Fleet Operations Manager to lead our team of Dispatchers and Supervisors in scheduling deliveries of dangerous goods within UAE and cross-border. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in logistics and transportation, with knowledge of transporting dangerous gases across land. Key responsibilities include managing drivers, developing efficient driver schedules, and ensuring compliance with strict schedules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the team for Transportation Supervisor & Operations Executive
  • Develop and implement efficient driver schedules to maximize profits.
  • Manage cross-border operations along with the team to ensure full utilization of fleet and rotation.
  • Ensure all assets of the UAE branch are allocated based on customers' needs.
  • Full control of tire management for the entire fleet.

Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain or Accounting, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are essential.
