About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Management Specialist to join our team at AECOM. As a key member of our Talent Management team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing training programs that meet the needs of our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Program Development: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and develop comprehensive training programs that align with our business objectives.
  • Training Delivery: Coordinate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and conferences to ensure that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Training Evaluation: Design and implement evaluation methods to assess the effectiveness of our training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Training Administration: Manage training databases, track training records, and maintain accurate records of employee training history.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Liaise with internal and external trainers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of training programs.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Analyze training data and provide regular reports to senior management on training metrics, including attendance rates, evaluation scores, and training completion rates.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in the HR field, with at least 1+ year of experience in Talent Management.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in training delivery and evaluation methods.
