Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead OPIs and KPIs agreed as per MSA, providing data analysis and reports as requested by clients.

Requirements:

  • Facility Management certification is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers.
  • Leadership skills to manage people and vendors.
