Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Culture Coordinator to join our team at Novotel Hotels. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Talent & Culture team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Talent & Culture team, including written correspondence, mail, photocopying, and ordering office supplies.
  • Communication and Coordination: Receive and direct internal and external calls, in-person visitors, and messages to the T&C team members, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Coordinate and complete reference and background checks, make job offers, process new hire paperwork, and handle exit procedures, including visa cancellation and document requirements.
  • Employee Support: Provide support to all units regarding pension, medical, and other assistance, ensuring accurate and confidential filing systems.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate and efficient personnel filing systems, prepare colleague ID and name badges, and complete hotel and Corporate T&C related reports and submissions.
  • Event Support: Assist with and support colleague events, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all participants.
  • Compliance and Safety: Follow departmental policies and procedures, as well as all safety policies, to ensure a secure and healthy work environment.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be proficient in using current systems and software, with a strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
