Role Overview
As a Lexus Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in maximizing sales opportunities and fostering long-term relationships with customers. Your primary responsibility will be to meet sales targets while ensuring profitability through effective management of Finance and Insurance (F&I) products, trade-ins, and accessory sales, all while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

  • Continuous Improvement: Regularly update your knowledge of product features, industry trends, and sales techniques to enhance performance.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
  • Proven upselling abilities and a knack for creating value through new offerings.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to influence customer decisions.

Team Dynamics
This role collaborates closely with the Branch Manager, Sales Executives, and Support Staff to achieve sales and F&I targets while ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process. Extended hours may be required to meet performance goals.

Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma preferred, but not mandatory.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar sales role within retail.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and make decisions under pressure.
  • A valid UAE driving license is required.
  • Technical knowledge of automobiles is advantageous.
