We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Robinson Faris Jones - Human Resources (RFJ-HR). This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in Human Resource Administration and Soft Marketing.
About the Role
The HR Assistant/Receptionist will be the first point of contact for external parties and will play a key role in presenting a highly professional image of our Practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Incoming telephone calls and studio communication, ensuring all queries are handled efficiently and effectively.
- Welcoming duties, providing a warm and friendly reception experience for clients and visitors.
- Communicating and delegating between administration staff, ensuring seamless collaboration and information sharing.
- Administration of internal documents and HR files, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Supporting the staff appraisal process, staff training, and recruitment activities, contributing to the development of our team members.
- Assisting the management team in soft marketing and client liaison on corporate functions and advertising, helping to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will have approximately 3 years of working experience in an administrative capacity, preferably with some exposure to Human Resource functions. You will possess a polished and professional demeanor, with excellent English communication skills. Additionally, expertise in MS OFFICE: Word, Excel, PowerPoint is essential.
Working Environment
This role requires based currently in the UAE, with the ability to attend interviews in Dubai as soon as possible.
