About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team as a Workforce Deployment Strategist.

In this role, you will assist in the planning, development, and review of resource plans and rosters, applying Industrial Engineering principles to optimize resource utilization.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions, analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to inform decision-making.

Key Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in security or a related field, with a minimum of 12 years of schooling or equivalent.

They will possess strong analytical skills, with expertise in BPR, Method Study, Work Measurement, and Operations Research.

Other requirements include proficiency in INFORM suite, strong communication and negotiation skills, and creativity and lateral thinking.
