  1. Talent Acquisition Strategy
  • Develop and execute a group-wide talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives and workforce planning needs.
  • Design innovative sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Stay updated on market trends, recruitment technologies, and best practices to ensure competitiveness in attracting top talent.
Employer BrandingData-Driven Recruitment
  • Implement and manage recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure talent acquisition strategy effectiveness.
  • Leverage data analytics to forecast hiring needs, analyze talent gaps, and optimize recruitment processes.
  • Prepare regular reports for leadership on recruitment progress, trends, and challenges.
Team Leadership and Collaboration
  • Build relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide consultation on recruitment strategies.
  • Partner with leadership to support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in the hiring process.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or any other relevant field.
  • Overall experience of 5 to 7 years in talent acquisition.
  • Strong experience in the Indian market in the engineering & steel industry is a must.
