  • Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to create career development strategies and mentorship programs.
  • Establish talent assessment tools and methodologies to evaluate employee potential and readiness for key roles.

  • Track and analyze talent pipeline data, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in succession planning, talent management, or workforce mobility.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing succession frameworks and internal mobility strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of talent assessment methodologies, competency frameworks, and career development planning.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to interpret workforce data and trends.
  • Proficiency in HR systems, workforce planning tools, and data analytics software.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience in a multinational or large-scale organization is preferred.
