Position Overview

The Spa Receptionist plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our guests at Accor. This position requires a commitment to providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere while assisting with various spa operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Outstanding Service: Ensure a consistently professional, friendly, and engaging experience for all guests.
  • Operational Support: Assist in the daily operations of the spa and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the spa menu.
  • Facility Assistance: Guide guests in utilizing sauna, steam rooms, day passes, and other spa amenities.
  • Product Knowledge: Provide guests with information regarding products and facilitate retail sales.
  • Information Dissemination: Share details about the spa menu and any special promotions with guests.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain stock levels and ensure products are displayed according to established standards.
  • Policy Adherence: Follow all departmental policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety and sanitation policies to maintain a safe environment.
  • Issue Reporting: Report any concerns or questions to the Supervisor promptly.
  • Shift Coordination: Attend pre-shift briefings and conduct handovers with the Supervisor or colleagues at the end of shifts.
  • Cleanliness Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area as needed.
  • Equipment Monitoring: Report any equipment malfunctions immediately.
  • Health & Safety Reporting: Identify and report any potential health and safety hazards.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Strong focus and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Proficient in Excel with a solid understanding of numerical data.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
