Job Title: Vice President

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Vice President to lead our data solutions team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a product visioneering process that guides the team through product ideation and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as a liaison between business teams and technical experts, identifying business problems and translating them into data product and solution requirements.
  2. Transform overall strategy and market research insights into a clear vision and roadmap for the delivery of data solutions.
  3. Develop and validate the roadmap, ensuring that the developed solutions align with business objectives.
  4. Drive the execution of product lifecycle processes, including prioritizing product features and overseeing agile project delivery.
  5. Take ownership of data products and solutions, championing them to internal stakeholders and promoting their adoption within the organization.
  6. Continuously validate the outputs of data products and solutions and maintain a high adoption rate among business teams.
  7. Foster a growth mindset to enhance and improve data products and solutions over time.
  8. Provide training on data products and solutions to relevant stakeholders across different levels within the organization, from technical teams to C-level executives.
  9. Iterate and refine each product before release, aiming for continuous improvement.
  10. Develop and maintain tracking and reporting mechanisms to assess product performance post-launch and inform future investment decisions.
  11. Lead the product functional design process, leveraging an in-depth understanding of user needs and technology capabilities.
  12. Manage and prioritize items in the product backlog, ensuring that development efforts align with strategic objectives.
  13. Continuously enhance existing features to surpass industry benchmarks and deliver superior solutions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or business management with technology focus.

Experience:

Minimum of 10+ years of experience in similar positions focused on developing data products/solutions with a growth mindset.

Skills:

  1. Experience in agile methodology delivery, including Kanban/Scrum.
  2. Experience in prototyping and wireframing tools.
  3. Experience leading data-centered analyses (e.g., Analytics, ML/AI).
  4. Experience in successful product delivery with a high adoption rate from end users.
  5. Experience translating strategy and market research into a clear vision and roadmap for solutions delivery.
  6. Experience facilitating working sessions between different groups of stakeholders.
  7. Basic understanding of data science and machine learning models and tech stack.
  8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills leveraged to interface with business stakeholders and technical delivery resources.
  9. Relevant industry and application domain knowledge; experience in the Real Estate business is a plus.
