**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue growth, while controlling costs and maintaining profitability.
  • Ensure effective inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and rotation of products.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to design and implement new menu items and promotions.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure Southern Sun remains competitive and innovative.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
